Shipping Policy
Invifest India sells digital products only. There is nothing physical to ship, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed. Your invitation is delivered online as a private website link.
1. How delivery works
- After your payment is confirmed, we collect your event details (names, dates, venues, photos, music and any text you would like).
- We personalise your chosen design and publish it as a live invitation website.
- We share your private link with you by email and/or WhatsApp. You simply forward that one link to your guests - it opens on any phone or computer, with no app to install.
2. Delivery time
Most invites are ready within 2 to 4 working days of receiving your complete details. If your date is urgent, message us and we will do our best to prioritise it. Delays usually happen only when we are waiting for content (photos or details) from you.
3. Lifetime access
Once delivered, you get lifetime access to view and re-share your invite, and you can ask us for edits even after it is live.
4. Anywhere in the world
Because your invite is a website link, it works everywhere. Guests in any city, town or country can open it instantly. There are no international shipping fees or customs charges.
5. Did not receive your link?
If you have paid but not received your link, please check your email (including spam) and then contact us at hello@invifest.in or WhatsApp +91 95744 86049. We will resend it right away.
