Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of invifest.store and invifest.in, and the digital wedding and event invitation products and services we provide (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Invifest India ("Invifest", "we", "us"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About us & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. By using the Services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.

2. Orders & pricing

  • Prices are shown on invifest.store and start at Rs 999 unless stated otherwise. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated at checkout.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example for a pricing error, suspected fraud, or content that breaks these Terms), in which case we refund any amount paid.
  • You are responsible for providing complete and accurate event details. Delays in providing content may delay delivery.

3. Delivery of digital goods

Our products are digital services - a personalised invitation website hosted by us and shared as a link. No physical product is shipped. After payment and once you provide your details, we prepare your invite and share the link with you. You receive lifetime access to view and re-share it, subject to these Terms.

4. Your licence to use the invite

On full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use your personalised invitation for your own single event and to share its link with your invited guests for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying template, design, layout, code, animations or assets to you. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or use the invite or template for any event other than your own.

5. Intellectual property

All templates, designs, layouts, source code, graphics, animations, text and other materials that make up the Services (excluding the personal content you provide) are owned by Invifest India or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 4, you must not:

  • copy, clone, reproduce, screen-record for redistribution, scrape, frame or mirror our templates, designs or code;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code or design system;
  • sell, resell, license or offer a similar service using our templates or any substantial part of them;
  • remove or obscure any branding or notice; or
  • use our work to create a competing or derivative product.

Unauthorised copying is a breach of these Terms and an infringement of our rights, and we may disable the relevant invite and pursue all remedies available under law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others, nor to introduce malware or disrupt the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the names, photos, text and other content you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, adapt and display Your Content solely to create, deliver, host and support your invite. You confirm that you have all necessary rights and consents (including from people in photos) to provide Your Content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Cancellations & refunds

Because our products are personalised digital services, our cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep invites beautiful and online, but we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or browser. We are not responsible for failures caused by your network, device or third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, payment gateways or hosting providers).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invifest India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invifest India and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably.
